Education project

Our education project aims to ensure the best possible training for students as competent professionals- with a constant attitude to learn-, as people with the capacity for self-improvement, with strength, creativity, and resilience in the face of challenges, and as cooperative and responsible citizens of the world in which they live.

To reach our aims, our fundamental project is based on:

The joined work with the families ……. fluent communication and a continued collaboration that improves coherence and education continuity. This area is reflected in our model school for learning, which aims to advance a model of education and learning that takes advantage of all situations and environments. To this end, we establish with the families all the tools and opportunities we consider necessary to ease the communication and joint work between family and school.

A good school is the one that can offer each pupil what they need. It is necessary to ensure significant learning for students, acquired with effort, and enthusiasm. We conceive our educational work as accompaniment in a process of continuous improvement, where each Student develops his or her aptitudes to the maximum, learns to manage them appropriately, and consequently becomes a qualified adult in society.

It is necessary to educate with cooperation, social commitment, and solidarity so that, as stated in the Declaration of the Rights of the Child “devote your energies and aptitudes to the service of others”. In this way, our school is part of the UNESCO Associated Schools Plan, and our students participate in collaborations and volunteer projects with senior citizens’ centers, and cívic centers in our area, as well as being twinned with the Sam Sam school in Dakar-Senegal.

Therefore, the school must become an area of real participation and learning to live together, stimulating participation, teamwork, appropriate and responsible decision-making, and helping to acquire the value of solidarity in our immediate environment.

Our school has never been denominational, but we have as an educational foundation the essence of human values. These aspects should mark the atmosphere in which school life should develop, in which every personal belief is respected. We want to educate polite individuals who love and respect life and the people around them.

An essential characteristic of our school is the caring atmosphere between everyone in our academic community. We believe in human relationships based on respect and trust, tolerance and the authority gained through prestige.

Personal communication and affection in human relationships must be essential elements in our student’s education, which is necessary to help put into practice the fundamental sense of friendship as a fundamental line in their personal development.

The school must help through every activity, to create their own criteria, with critical thinking, self-control, and responsibility, which will allow each person to exercise his o her responsible freedom in life.
